We ship throughout Australia, USA and Canada.

We also ship to the UK and Europe with limitations.  Please see below. 

Do you ship to the UK?

Yes – but only for orders above £135 (approx. $250 Australian dollars).

As of January 2021, the UK made huge changes to it’s rules regarding reporting and payment of VAT for all goods coming into the country valued at under £135.

In short, unfortunately, as it’s now a very complicated process for overseas small business sellers, I’m not currently able to accept orders to the UK valued at under £135 (approx. $250 Australian dollars).

For orders over £135, the customs and VAT rules remain the same, (you will be contacted when your parcel arrives in the UK, pay the relevant VAT to customs and your parcel will be forwarded to you).

If you are after kids posters my best advice is to try and team up with friends or family and place a joint order.

In short, unfortunately, as it’s now a very complicated process for overseas small business sellers, I’m not currently able to accept orders to European countries valued at under €150 (approx. $235 Australian dollars).

For orders over €150, the customs and VAT rules remain the same, (you will be contacted when your parcel arrives in your country, pay the applicable VAT and duties to your country’s customs department and your parcel will then be forwarded to you).

If you are after kids posters my best advice is to try and team up with friends or family and place a joint order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs within Australia

  • Print / Poster orders (over $100) – FREE (yay!)
  • Print/ Poster orders (under $100)  – $4.95 flat rate
  • Original art – varied based on size, weight and shipping location

International shipping costs (Currently only USA and Canada)

  • All Print / Poster orders  – $25 flat rate
  • Original art – varied based on size, weight and shipping location

How long does shipping in Australia take?

Kids posters (non-custom), orders will generally be packed within 3 business days. Within Australia, due to Covid-19 delays, please allow 7-14 days for delivery. 

Custom kids posters or Fine Art Prints, these are all ordered with my professional printers after you have placed (and paid) for your order. Generally these custom printed items take 7-10 days to be produced before being posted. Within Australia, please allow an additional 7-14 days for delivery. 

How long does International shipping take?

International shipping times have been heavily impacted by Covid-19 around the world. Shipping times are unpredictable but seem to generally take between 2-6 weeks depending on the country and the local impact of Covid-19 to the postal system. 

What if my item is missing or arrives damaged? 

If you encounter any issues with the service provided by Australia Post, including non-delivery of a parcel or if any part of your order is damaged during transit, you can contact them directly.

  • Use your tracking number to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post to locate your missing parcel. 
  • If any item in your parcel was damaged during postage and you would like to submit a claim for compensation with Australia post, we recommend doing so within a 48 hour period after receiving your order.
  • Please also notify us of the claim so that we can contact you with any communication Australia Post provides us regarding your order. We can be contacted via email at artbykatefisher@gmail.com
  • Kindly include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging and details of your claim with Australia Post.
  • Australia Post will only allow compensation claims for 30 days after receipt of your parcel.
